Cancellation & Refund Policy

  1. It is our endeavor at NIRAYA to provide the customer/ user with the best possible service and hence we permit refunds on our services as long as the process and conditions mentioned below are followed.

  2. All cancellation requests must be sent to the official email address of NIRAYA at Nayika@nirayaeducation.com

  3. If the cancellation request has been raised within 48 hours, the entire amount of the course will be refunded, provided no services have been availed upto such time, if they have been availed then only a pro rata refund can be made. If the cancellation request has been raised after 48 hours but before 96 hours, 50% of the total amount will be refunded, again provided no services have been availed and if these have then only a pro rata of the 50% can be refunded. Post this time period, the user/customer is not eligible for refund.

  4. Cancellation requests will be processed manually after verification. If the claim for refund is found in adherence with the applicable conditions, it would be said to be satisfactory and the applicable refund would be initiated.

  5. Refunds based on the above parameters will be initiated to the same source of payment within 7 to 12 working/business days from the date of approval of the cancellation and refund request.

  6. Refund requests will not be entertained if the customer has attended any other session other than the demo session or has received the course material.

  7. NIRAYA may modify its refund policy at any time without notice, provided however that the refund policy in effect at the time of any transaction shall apply to such purchase despite any subsequent change in such policy.

  8. If the completion of refund has not taken place within 12 working/business days from the date of approval of the refund request, please contact us immediately or write to us on our official email address.
