If you are a family member who cares for children with a disability, combining personal, caregiving, and everyday needs can be challenging. Accepting children with special needs into a child care facility can be daunting for both parents/guardians and child care staff. Families want to know their child will be appropriately cared for and that staff understand and are prepared to respond to their child’s needs. We, at NIRAYA, provide a two-week online training programme to parents/ caregivers/ staff/child care facility for preparing to serve a child with special needs in a number of ways and at different stages. This is essential as parents cannot always be there and other adults need to know the strategies and skills involved while dealing with children with disabilities. Our Son Rise programme teaches a specific and comprehensive system of education designed to help families and caregivers from the comfort of your home. We will provide you a step-by-step social developmental model, daily activities and much more to help solidify core techniques. We have parent mentors who make the programme fun and positive.
